As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Submit authentic documents without alteration • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not misrepresent your identity or business • Promptly update any changes to provided information

When submitting documents for due diligence: • You confirm you have authority to share all documents • All submitted materials become part of your application record • We may retain copies for compliance and record-keeping • Documents are handled according to our Privacy Policy • We verify authenticity but do not guarantee document accuracy

Regarding due diligence reports we provide: • Reports are for informational purposes and represent our professional opinion • Reports are not guarantees of investment success • You may share reports with investors at your discretion • Reports remain our intellectual property • Redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for investment decisions made based on our reports • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services • We are not responsible for third-party actions or decisions • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services • Force majeure events excuse performance obligations

Regarding service fees: • Fees are quoted upon application review • Payment is required before report delivery • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis • Additional services may incur extra charges • All fees are subject to applicable taxes

We reserve the right to: • Decline any application at our discretion • Terminate services for violation of these terms • Suspend access for suspected fraudulent activity • Modify or discontinue services with notice You may terminate by withdrawing your application before completion.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
