Q: What accountability is required?
The team strives to keep the foundation's requirements for partner organizations to a minimum. However, out of respect for all organizations, for the sake of sound management, to maintain a good knowledge of the field and to succeed in making links between initiatives, the foundation has the following requirements:• The document received must be concise and to the point. The report, which can be in the form of a letter, should provide the foundation with a candid assessment of the progress of the project, any challenges or difficulties encountered.
• Narrative report: list the 3 expected results of the request and, for each, indicate the actions taken and the results obtained.
Outcomes that are likely to have long-term positive impacts on the field should be highlighted. The results obtained which do not meet one of the initial objectives must be presented as such.
• Financial report: include the budget submitted as part of the application, add a column for each of the years of the project, indicate the actual expenditures.
• Documents must be submitted electronically.
